My computer doesn't start back up again after I have put it to sleep, or after I leave it alone for a few hours, what is wrong with it?
A problem like this can be caused by many things. The main problem is usually a problem with the drivers that tell Windows what kind of hardware is inside the computer.
When Windows goes to sleep, as opposed to being shut down, it reduces the number of items it uses and starts shutting off pieces of the computer. I there is a problem with a piece of hardware, or a driver, or Windows itself.
With so many problems it can be very hard to fix so you can have the computer go to sleep and come back to the way you left it.

I get a fair bit of spam email, is there a way I can get Outlook Express to filter them for me?
Outlook Express is a fairly old programme and doesn't have a great many features.
It is recommended that you start using a different email programme if you are getting a lot of spam. A free programme to try is Thunderbird from Mozilla.com . If you have a copy of Microsoft Office you will have an email programme called Outlook.
Both Thunderbird and Outlook have a reasonably good spam filtering systems, as long as they are turned on.
I have a computer with 4 Gigabytes of memory but Windows Vista says I only have 3, why is that?
With the way that Windows Vista is written, if you have a 32bit version of Windows it can not see more than 3 gigabytes of RAM.
If you had a 64bit version of Windows Vista it can clearly see all
the memory your computer has installed, unfortunately most people do
not have the components or the money to get the 64bit version.
Luckily Microsoft has found out about this problem and has released a solution.
