Unlike some of our competitors Clicksonline.info doesn't believe you want a person helping you to get the most out of your current or future technology purchases who doesn't know what they are doing. But we also know you want someone who can tell the truth.

We release technology moves ahead at a faster and faster rate each year, that is why we are always doing research. However we can't always know everything, that is why if we can't fix your problems we won't play around and possibly make things worse, we will tell you the truth and then point you in the right direction to get the problems solved.

However what we do know and are able to do, we can explain to you so you know exactly what the problem is and how we will solve it.

All services are charged at the same rate $50 an hour or part there of. It doesn't matter which one, they are all the same rate.

If you want a number of things done, you will only be charged the one rate we will not double dip. If you want advice on buying a new TV while we are fixing a problem in your computer while your child's computer is having Windows reinstalled, it is still just $50 an hour. 

This list is just a guide so you know what kind of services we offer, it is not a price list, our price is $50 an hour for all services.

We will sit down with you and work out what computer or technology you will need. We will try and show you what to look for so you get the right product for your needs and within your budget.

Learning how to use

We will show you anything you want to know how to use, legally.

From printing and copying photos, surfing the internet, buy music online through to setting up and tuning in your TV.

All done one on one.

Find where the problem is

If you are unsure of where the problem is, we can point you in the right direction. Even if you decide not to use us to fix the problem, or if it is something we are unable to do we can show you where to find the solution.

Set up multiple computer networking

If your home already has multiple computers and you want to share files, printers and even internet connections with all of them we can set them up to work together, allowing you to send files from one computer to another when ever needed or have 1 printer to work for all your computers.

Fix multiple computer network

If you already have your computers networked and you are having problems, we can fix them for you to make sure your computer network is working properly .

Computer network additions

If you have bought a new device and you want to be able to get it on your existing computer network, we can set it up to run on the network, just like the rest of your devices do.

Computer network security diagnostic

If you are a little but unsure on how safe your computer network is from hackers and other evil things, we can make sure it is as secure as possible and make sure all your devices still work correctly.

Computer and technology unpacking and setting up

We will unpack and install any new technology items you get and make sure they work properly. We will also show you how to get started using them.

Hardware installations

If you have bought some new harware for your computer and are not sure how to install it we will do it for you and make sure it is working properly.

Software installations

If you have bought a new programme and you want to install it in your computer, we will do it for you and make sure it is working properly, and in some cases it is up to date. (internet connection required)

Data migration

If you have an old computer and you want to get the files off it and onto your new computer we can copy them across for you. (programmes and settings not included)

This service plus the Completely clean your computer service are provided free for any business, family or individual who gives their computer to the Free PC campaign .

Computer health check

If your computer is not working at it peak, if it has become slow or is crashing you might have a few problmes. We can check to see what is causing the problems and fix them as needed.

From basic settings and system performance, which often takes about 2 hours. Through to a full system re installation including re installing Windows and other software, which can take up to 8 hours. We can make sure your computer is working properly.

Brining the computer back from the dead

Sometimes your computer has problems that won't allow it to start properly. We can, in most cases, get the computer to start to allow you to gain access to your files.

Usually when the computer has gotten to the point when it won't start the best option is to re install the operating system after backing up your data. A full system re installation including re installing Windows and other software can take up to 8 hours. We will then make sure your computer is working properly.

If the problem is hardware related we can replace the hardware after we order the part in, we do not currently stock hardware. (Hardware is extra)

Checking system performance

Sometimes all it takes to speed up your computer is to change a few settings. We can look at the settings of your computer, including what programmes are slowing your system down and make your computer run a little faster.

We will also make reccommendations to you if we feel some added memory, a re installation of windows, or a completely new computer are required. We do not currently stock hardware. (Hardware is extra)

Completely clean your computer

If you are going to sell your computer, or give it away to someone in your family, we can walk you through your legal obligations and then completely wipe your computer's hard drive getting rid of all the data that was on it. For a complete hard drive wipe, to FBI standards prior to 2007, it is recommended the hard drive on it be taken away for a 24 hour period where we can do the intensive wipe.

This service plus the Data migration service are provided free for any business, family or individual who gives their computer to the Free PC campaign .

Discounts

We understand that over an extended period of time tradesmen do get expensive. Quite often they don't do things on time, or in a timely fashion. We know that and that is why, even with our low prices we have discounts available. 

Seniors rates

If you have a pension card or a seniors card, in your name, you are entitled to a seniors rate of just $20 per hour. The first hour is $20 then all subsequent hours are charged in 15 minute blocks, or part there of.

We're sorry

If we couldn't make the appointment time we set up by more than 1 hour. First hour is still $50, however the second hour is free while all the following hours revert back to $50 an hour. Minimum 2 hours appointment length.

Mates Rates

First hour $50 all subsequent hours $25 hours. Special rate only available to extremely regular customers or on special occasions.

Only one discount can be used at any one time.
