Currently Clicks Online operates 6 days a week.
Monday to Wednesday we only take bookings that can be attended from 9am to 1 pm.
Thursday to Saturday we take bookings from 9am until late.

Can I make a booking for the same day?
While all attempts will be made to allow you to have a booking made to take place on the day you ring, due to the limited number of hours in a day sometimes you might have to wait a few days.
In an emergency situation we will make all attempts to see you the same day as your phone call.

How long will I be charged for?
Every appointment is different. The length of the time for an appointment depends on what is needed to be done, what the customer needs and the questions asked.

Do you have a "No Fix, No Fee" policy?
No single person can know how to fix every problem. While we do believe in persevering until the job is done, some times some problems can be beyond even the best people.
We do have a No Fix, No Fee policy, however due to abuses of similar policies with other businesses ours is less forgiving. If you have a single problem that we are unable to diagnose within 30 minutes we will not charge you, but we will try and point you to someone who can. If you have a number of problems and we can't solve one or more of them, you will only be charged for the time taken to fix what we could.
To reduce the need for this sort of policy we do vet our calls and try to help the best we can prior to you making an appointment.

How much do you charge?
Clicks Online uses a simple pricing structure. $50 per hour or part there of. In other words, if we work for an hour you are charged $50, if we work for 1 hour 30 minutes you are charged $100, if we work for 2 hours you are charged $100.
Discounts are offered at times including a seniors discount as well as a reduction in hourly rate from the second hour.

Can I buy hardware from you?
At this time, Clicks Online does not stock any hardware for computer repairs. If any hardware is needed for your computer, we will order it in especially for you.
As soon as the stock arrives we will contact you to book in a subsequent appointment to install the parts and do what ever else is required to make your technology work properly.
